Project Overview
Commissioned By: Maximos
Site: Tambun, Bekasi
Project Scope: Architectural Design
Project Timeline:
From Concept to Form
Located in the growing industrial corridor of Tambun, Bekasi, the Maximos Warehouse was conceived as a contemporary logistics facility that balances operational efficiency with a strong corporate identity. Commissioned as a design project, the objective was to create a high-performance warehouse environment that reflects Maximos’ brand presence while optimizing workflow and long-term adaptability.

The design emphasizes clean industrial lines, modular repetition, and material efficiency. A vertically articulated purple façade element marks the main office entrance — serving as a brand anchor — while the extended horizontal warehouse mass reinforces functionality and scalability. The design carefully integrates separate yet connected zones: administrative offices, operational loading bays, and circulation corridors. A continuous canopy system provides shade and weather protection for both pedestrian access and loading activities — essential for Indonesia’s tropical climate.

Logistics efficiency was a primary consideration. The loading dock configuration allows for simultaneous multi-truck operations, with generous maneuvering space to ensure smooth circulation and minimal congestion. Clear truck alignment, linear dock planning, and service access points were strategically positioned to support high-volume distribution activity.
