Open but structured — the layout provides clear working zones while still allowing teams to benefit from the collaborative nature of a shared environment.
At the center of the space, the staircase becomes more than just a point of circulation. It is reimagined as a social element—integrated with tiered seating that functions as an informal gathering area, discussion space, or place for quick breaks. This intervention introduces a shift toward a more social and interactive workspace, encouraging collaboration and creativity beyond the desk. A kitchenette next to the stairs is positioned as part of this shared element, reinforcing the need for balance within the workplace. Beyond convenience, access to informal break areas has been shown to support productivity and social interaction—encouraging moments of pause, conversation, and mental reset throughout the day.
The upper level shifts in tone, becoming more private and focused. Dedicated to meeting and collaborative spaces, it houses a series of enclosed and semi-open rooms that support discussions, group work, and more private sessions. This allows the workspace to transition naturally between different modes of use without disrupting the overall flow.
